Barista / Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable, confident and community‑minded team member who can deliver exceptional coffee, friendly service, and accurate wholesale deliveries across metro Melbourne. This is a casual hybrid role combining early‑morning delivery runs with fast‑paced front‑of‑house and barista work.

About the Role

  • Early‑morning delivery + packing (5:30am start) You’ll begin each shift by packing and cross‑checking wholesale orders, then completing a delivery run through the northern suburbs for the first half of your shift.

  • Front‑of‑house + barista work After deliveries, you’ll join the FOH team until around lunchtime, helping on the coffee machine, serving customers, and supporting the team during our busiest periods.

    This is a Casual position roughly 12 hrs p/w on Fridays & Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wholesale deliveries — Pack, check, load and deliver orders accurately and on time

  • Barista duties — Confidently prepare high‑quality espresso coffee during busy service

  • Customer service — Warm, efficient service across the counter and on the floor

  • General FOH support — POS operation, restocking, cleaning, and maintaining a smooth service flow

  • Team collaboration — Work closely with bakers, baristas, and FOH staff to keep the day running seamlessly

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident barista with experience making consistent, exceptional coffee

  • Strong attention to detail when packing and checking orders

  • Comfortable driving a delivery route across metro Melbourne

  • Friendly, calm and reliable — especially during busy weekend service

  • Able to work independently during deliveries and collaboratively in the bakery

  • Availability on Fridays and Saturdays

  • Physically capable of lifting bread crates and moving efficiently during service

  • Full Victorian driver’s licence (required)
