Artisan Baker
Job type: Full-time (4 days per week/40 hrs, with set days off)
Location: Brunswick, Melbourne
Our bakery is growing and we are looking for a motivated and reliable baker to join our team. If you would like to work in a friendly and nurturing environment and you have experience working with artisan sourdough products, long fermentation, and hand shaping, we would love to hear from you.
About you:
Experience in a similar role, working with artisan sourdough, long fermentation, hand shaping and operating a deck oven;
Great work ethic;
Motivated, organised, and responsible, with a strong attention to detail;
Passionate and genuinely interested in the creation of high quality food and where it comes from;
Adhere to food safety and occupational health regulations, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety;
Are a team player, with a positive attitude that fosters a friendly working environment; and

Barista/Front of House Team Member
Job type: Part-time position. Currently between 15-25 hours per week, including weekends.
Location: Brunswick, Melbourne
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is confident in making exceptional coffee to join our front of house team. Our ideal candidate enjoys providing A+ customer service, is detail-oriented about the presentation of the bakery and is happy to be an all-rounder, assisting across all aspects of daily service.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service;
Working the coffee and drinks station;
Clearing tables and working the dishwasher, alongside the kitchen hand;
Fulfilling the open and close schedule, setting up FOH for the day ahead and thorough clean at close; and
Managing the presentation of the bakery throughout the day.
About you:
Fully trained and confident with making coffee and basic food prep;
Availability on both weekdays and weekends (work days to be confirmed);
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills;
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
1-2 years of experience in a similar setting; and
An interest in and appreciation for high-quality, artisanal food made with local producers and within season.
Kitchen Hand
Job type: Part-time position. Currently 3 shifts/between 15-20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday.
Location: Brunswick, Melbourne
We are searching for a reliable and hard-working kitchen hand to help our bakery run smoothly! You will be an integrable part of both the front of house and back of house teams, with the opportunity to learn on the job and expand your responsibilities over time. We are open to hiring someone who wants to build their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting front of house by clearing tables and managing dishwashing function;
Maintaining clean kitchen during the day and end-of-day cleaning;
Supporting back of house with food prep;
Working closely with a small and friendly team.
About you:
Availability on Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 9am-3:30pm;
Positive and hard-working attitude;
Ability to multi-task and intuit support where required;
Some kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment; and
An interest in, and appreciation for, high-quality, artisanal food made with local producers and within season.
