Super flaky and buttery croissant made with organic flour from Wholegrain Milling and butter from Lard Ass Butter. A hybrid of sourdough and yeast.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, rye flour, malted barley, butter, sugar, milk, salt, eggs, yeast.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 12pm on the day prior to pick up.

Bread is usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
