Traditional Italian bread with a spongy texture made from stone ground, high extraction white flour. Olive oil is added to the dough, making it ideal for savoury use.

Ingredients 
Wheat flour, spelt flour, water, salt, malted barley, olive oil.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 6pm on the day prior to pick up.

Bread is usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
