Our Hot Cross Buns have arrived! Get your mitts on a six pack of our sourdough buns, made with house-candied citrus zest and paste, sultanas, raisins and sun muscats from Tabletop Grapes in Mildura, and organic flour from Tuerong and Woodstock farms. The perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spice.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, spelt flour, rye flour, sultanas, raisins, sun muscats, orange, malt extract, milk, eggs, unrefined cane sugar, spices.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 12pm on the day prior to pick up.

All orders will close at 2pm on Wednesday 16th April.

Hot Cross Buns are available from around 9am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
