Our Hot Cross Buns have arrived! To achieve a soft, fluffy texture, we use a tangzhong in our dough, similar to our cardamom bun recipe. We also prioritize selecting the highest quality fruit, spices, and citrus. Our fruit is soaked in earl grey tea with fresh ginger and citrus, then finished with a spiced bergamot syrup glaze.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, spelt flour, rye flour, sultanas, raisins, sun muscats, orange, earl grey tea, malt extract, milk, eggs, unrefined cane sugar, spices.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 12pm on the day prior to pick up.

All orders will close at 2pm on Wednesday 1st April.

Hot Cross Buns are available from around 9am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
