Made from our croissant dough which is rolled into shape with vanilla, bergamot and almond, resulting in a flaky and citrusy pastry.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, rye flour, malted barley, butter, sugar, milk, salt, eggs, yeast, vanilla, almond, bergamot.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 6pm on the day prior to pick up. 

Pastries are usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
