Flaky and rich Pain Au Chocolat, made with organic flour from Wholegrain Milling, butter from Lard Ass Butter and chocolate from Silver Street Chocolate. A hybrid of sourdough and yeast dough.

Ingredients
Organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, malted barley, butter, sugar, milk, salt, eggs, yeast, chocolate (organic cacao beans, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter).

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 12pm on the day prior to pick up.

Pastries are usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
