Pain Au Chocolat
Flaky and rich Pain Au Chocolat, made with organic flour from Wholegrain Milling, butter from Lard Ass Butter and 70% Dominican Republic chocolate batons from Hunted + Gathered. A hybrid of sourdough and yeast dough.
Ingredients
Organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, malted barley, butter, sugar, milk, salt, eggs, yeast, chocolate (organic cacao beans, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter).
Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 6pm on the day prior to pick up.
Pastries are usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
