We consider Panettone to be one of the pinnacles in the art of baking, which is why we’ve chosen to make this special product for the festive season. Fragrant and citrusy with a soft, buttery centre, our Panettone is made mostly from local ingredients (apart from the flour which comes from Italy). Our candied citrus is sourced from Candito, an artisanal melbourne company that utilizes local fruits and prepare our own citrus pastes. The dough is made from a natural sourdough.
We can’t wait to share this traditional and delicious cake with loved ones throughout the festive season.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), eggs, honey, milk, raisins, currants, sultanas, almonds, candied citrus peel, vanilla. Contains wheat, egg, almond, and milk.
May contain traces of pistachios.
