Tin Rotations - Table Tin Loaf
Introducing our weekly tin loaf rotation! These loaves are the perfect sandwich and toast foundations for every day.
On Fridays and Saturdays we take our signature table loaf dough and bake it in a tin — a white sourdough made with stone ground, high extraction flour. A true staple for the kitchen table.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt.
Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 6pm on the day prior to pick up.
Bread is usually available from around 8am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
