Our biscuit selection is inspired by some of our favourite recipes from Scandinavian and Italian baking traditions. These biscuits take us back to the joy and excitement we felt around the festive season as kids, and we hope they can do the same for you!

Each pack contains peppernut, cantuccini, shortbread and baci di dama biscuits.

Ingredients:
Peppernut: butter (milk), sugar, honey, wheat flour, salt, cinnamon, clove, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, baking powder, cream (milk), lemon. 

Cantuccini: rye flour, semolina flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, pistachios, eggs. 

Shortbread: butter (milk), sugar, spelt flour, wheat flour, salt, strawberries. 

Baci di dama: Hazelnuts, sugar, eggs, baking powder, chocolate, wheat flour.

Made entirely from locally sourced ingredients.
